1. Art takes time. Usual time may be from 1 week to 2 months. If it’s been longer than 2 months you can choose to wait or request a refund!2. Refund is available. (No more after the art is 50% done)3. Only PayPal (usd) is accepted4. Payment before I start on your commission (unless I told you otherwise)5. Minor tweaks will be free of charge after the artwork is done6. Sketch will be sent before finishing (some types of commissions may not have sketch preview)7. Major tweaks can only be done during sketch or base color phase8. I have the rights to cancel / reject any commissions9. I only do : Pets , animal based OCs, furries and non human creaturesI don’t do : NSFW, gore , humans, Mecha9. Commissions can only be for personal use.
